WE NEED A NEW HALL ADMINISTRATOR!

After over 8 years as our church hall administrator, Gail is stepping down and we are looking for someone to take on this important role. St. Andrew’s Church Hall is a much sought-after space, much used by the community and an important source of income for the church. The role – which can be shared includes: facilitating one-off bookings and long term bookings, sending invoices, arranging viewings, and acting as first point of contact for Hall Emergencies.  If you feel this role might be for you, and you would like to find out more, please speak to Esther on estherfoss79@gmail.com.

PURLEY FOOD HUB – The number of clients with very young children has sadly increased and this is reflected in the June food list which includes jars of food for babies aged 7 months and 10 months and baby wipes. Other items requested are small jars of coffee, small tins of plain meat such as corned beef and chicken, long life whole milk, tinned carrots & sweetcorn and jellies & tinned dessert puddings. Two further non-food items listed are washing powder tablets/pods and small bottles of washing up liquid. Thank you so much everyone for your continued support. Items can be left in church or dropped off outside the Vicarage.

The Church Hall is open for bookings.
