St. Andrew’s Church Music & Choir
Our Sunday Worship is blessed with a mixed, versatile, robed choir, organ and/or piano music week by week The choir sings an introit at the start of the service, an anthem during communion and helps lead the rest of the worship.

The Church Organ was built by William Hill in 1904 for St. John’s Church, Deptford and was brought to St. Andrew’s in 1949. It contains 1271 pipes and was extensively rebuilt in 2002 by Vincent Coggins. It has two manuals and pedals and two sets of adjustable pistons.

St. Andrew’s Church, Coulsdon has a strong musical tradition and the choir has sung at the church since it was built in 1914, and certainly as early as 1906 when Rev. Francis H. Roberts became the first Vicar. Here below is a look at our choir through the years.
